Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions for QuickFix Service-
1. Minor problem or complaints will resolve same day or within 24 hours.
2. Major problem like gas refilling, compressor, PCB or motor failure will resolve within 48 hours and please note that subject to parts availabilities.
3. Highly educated and technically sound technical staff for your service.
4. Attentive staff with 24X7 days customer care, off line and on line.
5. Always reachable.
6. Any spare parts replacement warranty will be covered less than 90 days of replacement of parts. During the warranty period not charge to customer if same spare parts will need to replace again.
7. Outside municipal limit or more than 20 KM, will be charge extra per KM INR 2.0fix
8. Charges (visiting/service or labor as per below
-Any type of air conditioners split, package or cassate standard) INR 350 per unit and for window air conditioners up to 2.0 Ton INR 300 (dry / wet service if need, charges for window 350 and split ac 450, adjustable in visit charge)
-Any type of washing machine (fully auto, semi auto front or top load), Microwave INR 250 per unit
-Any type of RO/Water Purifier (standard – domestic) INR 250 per unit
-Any type of refrigerator / water cooler /freezer / bottle cooler INR 250 per unit
-Any type of chimney, (domestic) INR 300 per unit
9. Transportation for taking appliances to the service center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rate.
10. Installation charges for air conditioners as per below
-Window up to 2.0 Ton INR 1000 per unit (more than 2 meter height INR 300 extra from standard charges)
-Split air conditioner up to 2.0 Ton INR 1500 per unit (INR 750 per Meter extra will be charge extra length) and outdoor wall stand unit will be charge extra as applicable.
11. Dismantle charges same as applicable.
12. Washing machine and RO/Water Purifier dismantle or installation charges as applicable.

Terms &conditions (DAMC &DCP)-
• This DAMC is offered to the customers who are residing within the municipal limits of the city/ town of company's authorized service centers. However customers residing outside the municipal limits of the city / town of our service center can also opt for this contract, but in this case service will be undertaken only at the service center and the customer will have to bring the set at his own expense to the service center.
• In case the DAMC is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by the company's representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repair needs to be done, then it will be repaired first and then taken into contract and the cost (labor and parts) shall be borne by the customer.
• All payments are to be made in advance along with the Request form mentioned.
• DAMC will cover waiver of the visiting charges and 03 or 06 routine service charges during the as per period of contract.
• In case of DAMC (NON Comprehensive), If any spare required for repairing of the product after receiving breakdown Complaints Company will provide the same on chargeable basis.
• This Annual Contracts (DAMC or DCP) in non-transferable and shall be valid for service only in India.

• Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.
• The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Sr. No. of the machine is altered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, rat bite, neglect, acts of god like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. Or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charge.
• While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising.
• In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period.
• The contract is not transferable in event of resale / gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.
• The equipment bought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.
• Transportation for taking appliance to the Authorized Service Center for repairs shall be borne by the customer as per the applicable rates.
• Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract.
• Acceptance / Renewal of AMC after expiry of the contract shall be at the discretion of the company.
• All disputes are subject to RAIPUR- CHHATTISGAR Jurisdiction.
• (*) Additional Warranty on Compressor will continue even after the expiry of Initial Warranty Period. The Additional Warranty covers Compressor only. Gas charging is included only when Compressor is defective due to manufacturing defect and is inoperative. The Additional Warranty period, shall not cover any part such as condenser coil, evaporator coil, capillary, suction line, electronics parts, etc.
• Warranty does not cover accessories external to the Product.
• The Product is designed to operate at voltage supply of 220 Volts plus or minus 10% in case of single phase Product & 415 V plus or minus 5% in case of 3 phases Product. Any failure due to operation of the Product outside voltage limits will not be covered under this Warranty. If the voltage availability is outside these limits, the Purchaser is required to install a proper voltage stabilizing equipment. However, voltage stabilizing equipment is not covered under this Warranty.
• For DCP contract covered compressor, condenser, evaporator, gas charging, electrical component like realy, overload protector, capacitor etc. as per the designed DCP plan for annual contract.
• For DCP contract not covered any plastic materials, sheet metal parts, grill, stabilizers, inverter etc out sources equipment as per the designed DCP plan for annual contract.

General terms and conditions -
(i)Notwithstanding anything contained herein this Contract may be changed, revised or modified by DSPL at any time before DSPL issues a written confirmation to the Customer accepting the Customer's application for availing Services.
(ii) DSPL reserves the right to terminate access to this web site at any time and without notice. Further this limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials.
(iii) DSPL may change the terms and conditions and disclaimer set out above from time to time. By browsing this web site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms and conditions and disclaimer and so you should check these each time you revisit the web site.
(iv) DSPL may change the format and content of this web site at any time.
(v) DSPL may suspend the operation of this web site for support or maintenance work, in order to update the content or for any other reason.
